Our Seasons
January to February and October to December we have good availability. March to May the season picks up and we are very busy June to September. We recommend booking in advance during these seasons, particularly during the peak times of Queensday (around first May weekend), the IBC (second week of September), and New Year.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time: from 13:00 .
- Its possible to check-in from 9.00 AM and leave the luggage in the luggage room at the reception until your room is ready.
- Check-out time: until 11:00.
Cancellations
- Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
- Late cancellations and no shows are charged a cancellation fee.
